- Call for Nominations – Schools and individuals may self-nominate or be nominated by peers.

- Screening & Shortlisting – Our expert jury evaluates nominations based on pre-defined transparent criteria.
- Final Evaluation – Shortlisted candidates are invited for interviews, demo lessons, or virtual campus walks.
- Award Ceremony – Winners are felicitated at our national or regional events with certificates, trophies, and media coverage.
